    From 12 to 18 May 2013, an eight person delegation from the Myanmar Government visited Indonesia to learn lessons from the implementation of the PNPM project.  Through meetings with government counterparts, including representatives of Ministry of People’s Welfare, Directorate General of Village and Community Empowerment of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bappenas, and project staff in Jakarta as well as field visits in West Kalimantan province, the delegation gained first hand insights into the operational experiences and challenges of a mature community-driven development project.
