WHY CONDUCT A GOVERNANCE REVIEW OF PNPM RURAL?

PNPM is the biggest community driven development program in Indonesia, and one of the biggest in the world. It has grown significantly since its inception as KDP in 1998.

In 2006, the government announced that it would expand PNPM to cover the entire country. In the space of a few short years, between 2006 and 2009, PNPM thus grew
